Chris is Operations Director at Finnebrogue Artisan and has day-to-day operational oversight of activity at our three state of the art factories in County Down.
Chris has been in the food business for nearly thirty years, starting out as a butcher in his home of Glasgow. Since then, he has taken leading operational roles at major food business including Scotbeef Meat Packers, Grampian CFG, VION FG, Dawnfresh Seafoods and finally Bernard Matthews Turkey, where he was Head of Operations for multi-site manufacturing before joining Finnebrogue in 2017.
Chris has vast experience and expertise in primary processing, added value production and the food to go categories.
He takes overall charge of all Finnebrogue’s production, engineering, continuous improvement and supply chain processes at our Downpatrick headquarters and in our recently opened bacon and vegetarian facilities.
Still residing in Scotland, Chris is a weekly commuter to Northern Ireland.
